So, who is Tania Williams? I am the Founder and Executive Director of the Skilled Advocate Company. I began my career as a prosecutor, segued into becoming a law school professor, taught for NITA, was a boss appellate attorney, and am now your personal guide to all things trial. I have tried anywhere between 75 to 100 trials over the course of my career, and I’m not done yet.


I truly have a heart for helping others become their best self in the courtroom. I use my knowledge of trial theater, and my command of the evidence code, to help other lawyers stand and deliver with their shoulders back, heads held high and the understanding that they are the boss of their courtrooms. Since founding the Skilled Advocate Company, I have helped hundreds of lawyers become better advocates and achieve better results for their clients.
