Deposition Skills

Description

Depositions are not simply discovery tools. When done properly, depositions can reveal information, provide needed admissions and become your best tool for keeping a witness honest at trial. This program teaches participants methods for properly taking and defending depositions, including the 30(B)(6)*** corporate representative. Participants are then given the opportunity to practice the depositions skills being taught while receiving contemporaneous feedback from knowledgeable faculty members.
